摘要
闸北省衡水湖原南部,地处问北省衡水市境内。衡水湖届内陆泼水湖泊,具有独特的自然景观,山革甸、沼泽、滩涂、水域、林地等多种生境组成天然闹地生态系统,是国家重点保护鸟类极其理想的栖息地之一,也是开展华北根地生态系统结构、功能和效益研究的重要场所,在保护珍稀物种,维护华北平原内陆淡水溜地生态系统的典型性、稀有性以及建耍的生态功能等方面占有非常霞耍的地位。
本文立足衡水湖漏地现状,运用景观生态学理论、阔地恢复理论、社区参与理论、环境承载力理论、景观美学设计理论、清洁生产理论,结合国内外相关实例,对衡水湖I静地进行保护性规划研究,取得以下成果:
( 1)根据对衡水湖生态适宜度的评价,确定了四个保护级别,相应分成四个区: 生态核心区、阔地恢复区、棍地缓冲区、报地展示区(含泪地管理区),每个区都确
定了相应的保护性规划措施。提出了在源地内部安贵原有居民的方案,能较好解决衡水湖根地居民的转移安营问题。
(2) 以保护性分区为基础,确定了各区的植物景观规划方案。
(3) 提出衡水湖水系统的规划最重要的是水污染的治理和监测,并确定了水污染泊珊的对策。
(4) 根据衡水湖漏地的具体情况,确定了 4 种生态护岸形式,分别是缓坡入水护岸、块石或松水桩护岸、大卵石护岸、毛有护坡。
(5) 在衡水湖根地保护性分区的基础上,以环境承载力理论为指导,计算出衡
(6)衡水湖自然保护区生态旅游规划最重要的两点进行了较深入的论述,分别是旅游产品和旅游管理的规划。
衡水湖的开发建设仍在进行当中,笔者真诚希望本文能够为衡水湖报地的有效保
