再次核查箱(盘)防止二次搬运造成损坏;

检查施工人员上岗资格证书;

基础型钢安装
基础型钢安装的不直度小于5mm/全长、水平度5mm/全长、位置误差及不平行度5mm/全长;
基础型钢按装后,其顶部宜高出抹平地面10mm,并有明显可靠接地;

箱(盘)稳固
箱(盘)安装在震动场所,应按设计要求采取防震措施;
箱(盘)及内部设备与各构件间连接应牢固:
箱(盘)不宜与基础型钢焊死;
箱(盘)应安装牢固,其垂直偏差不应大于3mm;
箱(盘)暗装时,箱(盘)四周应无空隙,器面板四周边缘应进贴墙面,箱体与建筑物、构筑物接触部分应涂防腐漆;

电器安装
电气元件良好,型号、规格应符合设计要求,外观应完好,且附件齐全,排列整齐,固定牢固,密封良好;
各电器应能单独拆装更换而不影响其它电器及导线束的固定;
熔断器的熔体规格、自动开关的整定值应符合设计要求;
信号回路的信号灯、光字牌、电铃、电笛、事故电钟等应显示准确可靠工作;
盘上装有装置行设备或其它有接地要求的电器,器外科应可靠接地;

端子排安装
端子应有序号,端子排应便于更换接线方便;离地高度宜大于350mm;
强、弱电端子宜分开布置;当有困难时,应有明显标志并设空端子隔开或设加强绝缘的隔板;
潮湿环境宜采用防潮端子;
二次回路的连接件均应使用铜质制品;绝缘件应采用自熄性阻燃材料;
箱(盘)的正面及背面各电器、端子排等应标明线编号、名称、用途及操作位置,其标明的自己应清晰、公正,且不易脱色
