广州电声营销策划公司招聘问题研究
摘要
当代企业越来越意识到人力资源的重要性,明确表示员工是企业最宝贵的资源。招聘工作不仅是企业补充新鲜血液、获得优秀人才的主要渠道,更是企业人力资源管理的前提和基础,对企业保持竞争优势、实现战略目标至关重要。如何吸引有价值的员工加盟企业,并且让这些优秀的员工和企业共同发展,已经成为了企业人力资源管理者的重要课题。因此人才的争夺在企业之间竞争显得尤为重要。
本文选取了以线下广告为主要业务的一家企业——广州电声营销策划有限公司为例,对其招聘工作进行分析研究,发现该企业在其招聘过程中存在的问题,提出合适的改进方法,从而为实际的招聘工作提供建议。
本文主要采用实地调查法与文献分析法相结合展开课题。通过在实习过程中所获得的资料,综合人力资源管理理论,分析得出广州电声营销策划公司在招聘中存在的问题,并提出实用价值的解决方案。

ABSTRACT
The essential of human resources is increasingly realized by modern enterprises. Which shows that,one of the most significant resources of enterprise is employee. Recruitment is not only the primary channel of enterprises to added fresh blood and obtain outstanding talent, But the premise and foundation of enterprise human resources management, that important to enterprises to keep petitive advantage and achieve its strategic target. How to attract valuable employee, development hand in hand with enterprise, had e a vital topic of enterprise human resource managers. Consequently, petition between enterprise is particularly important.
This paper choose BRANDMAX Marketing Solutions Co. Ltd. as an example which take below-the-line advertising as its major business. Analyze its recruitment work, found the problems during the recruitment process, To propose for a appropriate solution. Accordingly, provide suggestion for the actual recruit.
This bine the investigation method with literature analysis method to show the project. Through the data obtained from in the process of practice, integrate human resources management theory, analyze the problems during the recruitment process and puts forward the practical solution.
