温针灸结合关节松动术治疗肩周炎的临床研究①

[摘要] 目的比较温针灸结合关节松动术与单纯温针灸治疗肩周炎的疗效和镇痛作用。方法按随机数字表法,将 126 例肩
周炎患者随机分为两组,分别采用温针灸结合关节松动术(观察组)和单纯温针灸(对照组)治疗。采用简化 McGill 疼痛问卷进行评
定。结果观察组总有效率为 %,对照组为 %,疗效比较无显著性差异(P>);但在视觉模拟评分、现有疼痛强度、疼
痛分级指数上,观察组均优于对照组(P<)。结论温针灸结合关节松动术和单纯温针灸治疗肩周炎均有良好的疗效,但前者更
有利于肩周炎的疼痛缓解。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the efficacy and analgesia of moxibustion with warming bined with joint mobilization
