摘要
薪酬管理是企业人力资源管理的核心内容,也是企业文化和发展战略在员工回报与员工激励方面最重要的体现。薪酬的主要功能一是保障功能,二是激励功能。从现代企业人力资源管理的角度看,薪酬还具有吸引人才、留住人才、配合企业战略,实现企业目标等多种功能。在我国市场经济高速发展的今天,市场竞争日益加剧,企业战略对于自身的发展壮大起着关键作用,企业战略的实现离不开人才,而人才作用的发挥离不开薪酬体系这个杠杆。人力资源作为竞争力的源泉在知识经济时代发挥着越来越重要的作用,企业的竞争就是人才的竞争,如何吸引人才、激励人才、留住人才是企业管理中一个永恒的课题。建立对外具有竞争性,对内具有公正性的薪酬管理体系更是市场经济体制下的企业管理者直面的主要难题。本文对薪酬管理理论进行了深入研究,介绍了薪酬管理的概念、薪酬管理的意义、薪酬管理的基本要求以及薪酬管理的新发展等,并指出了薪酬中的内在薪酬因素和外在薪酬因素。同时通过实地调研的方法对辽宁富邦塑胶管业有限公司薪酬管理方面进行了研究,介绍了辽宁富邦塑胶管业有限公司薪酬管理方面的现状,分析了其薪酬管理方面存在的问题,并对其存在的问题提出了解决的对策,帮助辽宁富邦塑胶管业有限公司改善薪酬管理现状,提升企业的绩效水平和整体竞争力。

Abstract
Salary management is the enterprise human resources management, but also the core content of the enterprise culture and development strategy in staff rewards and motivational aspect the most important embodiment. The main function of a salary is safeguard function, 2 it is to inspirit function. From the modern enterprise human resources management perspective, salary still has to attract talents and keep talents and cooperate with the enterprise strategy, realize the goal of enterprise functions.
In our country the current rapid development of marketing economy, petition intensifying enterprise strategy for their own development and expansion, plays a key role in the realization of enterprise strategy without talents, and talent role of pensation system this lever. Human resources as the source petition in knowledge economy era is playing more and more important role, the petition is talented person'petition, how to attract talents, incentive talents and keep talents in enterprise management is an eternal topic. Establishing petitive, has internal integrity of remuneration management system is in the market economic system enterprise managers face the major problems.
