摘要
垂直回转式立体仓库属于物流仓储设备中垂直式旋转货架,其减速机将电动机输入扭矩通过链传动传给地轴,地轴旋转带动同地轴两端链轮啮合的链条运动。储物箱斗两端有拉杆,拉杆端连接在链条之上,随链条一同运动。为保持箱斗在运行示始终保持平稳,在箱斗两端设计安装由平衡导杆,导杆一端固定在箱斗上,另一端装有导轮,导轮在平衡杆导轨内滚动。立库的运行操作由计算机控制。在货物存储时,箱斗沿着轨道在上下方向进行垂直和旋转运动,根据给定的货格指令,将选取货物所在的货格移动至设置的存取货口处。
垂直回转式立库主要是为提高办公、管理自动化及其效率而设计,能够集存取、拣选、计划、统计和管理于一体,是具有自动化程度高、定位准确、移动迅速、效率高等特点的仓储设备。可以广泛应用于各行各业以及配送中心等,具有强大的生命力和发展前途。

ABSTRACT

Vertical rotation warehouse belongs to the carousel vertical logistics warehousing equipment, the reducer motor input torque to the shaft through the chain, chain motion axis is driven to rotate with the shaft ends of sprocket. Both ends of storage hopper with a pull rod, rod end is connected onto the chain, the chain together with motion. In order to keep the box in the operation is always stable, in the box are installed by the balance design of guide rod, the guide rod is fixed on the box, the other end is provided with a guide wheel, guide wheel rolling on the balance rod guide rail. Operation of the warehouse is controlled puter. In storage, the box along the track in the vertical direction is vertical and rotary motion, the prices of goods according to the given instruction, will select the goods where the goods lattice mobile to access goods port.
