摘要
提升是煤炭行业里的重中之重。目前煤矿上大多采用多绳摩擦式提升机。是依靠钢丝绳与摩擦轮衬垫之间的摩擦力来提升。由于众多因素的影响,在使用一段时间后,会使各钢丝绳之间受力不均、张力不平衡,这将会造成钢丝绳的疲劳破坏和摩擦衬垫的早期报废,甚至会造成滑绳、断绳等重大事故。因此,在线检测各钢丝绳张力的情况一致,保持钢丝绳受力一致对延长钢丝绳的寿命、减轻衬垫磨损、保证设备安全运行有着很重要的意义。本文在参考分析其他资料的基础上,设计了摩擦提升机钢丝绳张力监测系统,该测试系统分为机械装置和信号测试两部分。机械装置是由支架压轮底座轴轴承等主要部件组成。并根据实际工作情况等因素,合理选择加工材料,确定支架和底座的外部尺寸,并对轴及轴承等进行强度校核和寿命计算。以来完成用直接接触法测量各钢丝绳的张力。测试部分依次由弹性元件放大装置滤波装置信号转换装置处理装置显示装置组成。从而使所测得的张力一步步由力信号通过弹性元件转换成电信号再通过信号放大滤波采集进而显示出钢丝绳的张力的大小。该测试系统将用于实践,会对安全生产起到积极的作用。
