自制会阴冷敷垫治疗产后会阴水肿疗效观察

摘要:目的观察自制会阴冷敷垫对防治产后会阴水肿效果。方法将200例我院自然分娩行会阴侧切的初产妇随机分为冷敷垫组与对照组各100例。对照组为常规会阴消毒,冷敷垫组除常规会阴消毒外使用自制会阴冷敷垫外敷切口。比较两组产妇产后12h、24h、48h、72h会阴水肿、疼痛等情况及分娩后住院时间等。结果冷敷垫组产妇会阴水肿、疼痛改善明显优于对照组,住院时间少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<)。结论采用自制会阴冷敷垫外敷能有效防治产妇会阴切口水肿和疼痛等并发症,并减少住院时间。

Clinical Observation of Self-made cold perineal pad on Postpartum perineal edema

Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of the self-made cold perineal pad on prevention and treatment of postpartum perineal edema. Methods 200 primiparas of spontaneous delivery and perineal lateralis were randomly divided into the cold- pad group(n=100)and the control group(n=100). The control group was treated with a routine perineal disinfection, and the cold-pad group was threaded by the self-made cold perineal pad after postpartum onl incision in addition to routine perineal disinfection. Compare the perineal edema, pain after postpartum 12h, 24h, 48h, 72h and length of stay after delivery of wo groups. Results the improvement of perineal edema, pain in the cold -pad group was better than the control group, length of stay was less than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <).
