基于Workbench的直齿圆柱齿轮有限元分析
摘要
齿轮传动作为机械传动最常用的形式之一,具有传动功率大、效率高、传动比准确、使用寿命长、工作安全可靠等特点,它可以用来传递空间任意两轴之间的运动和力。随着机械科学和制造技术的迅速发展,对机械传动系统的精度有了更高的要求,齿轮有限元分析法研究得到了国内外学者们的高度关注。
论文利用Workbench软件对直齿圆柱齿轮进行有限元分析,包括齿轮静力分析和齿轮接触分析。首先,利用AutoCAD软件建立直齿圆柱齿轮的实体模型及齿轮啮合实体模型;其次,在Workbench中,利用该软件与AutoCAD与之间的接口,将实体模型分别导入;再次,在Workbench软件中分别对两种模型进行有限元分析,得到各自的应力分布云图和变形图;最后,对直齿圆柱齿轮和啮合齿轮副分别进行静力与接触理论计算,并将结果与有限元分析结果进行比较。

FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS OF CYLINDRICAL SPUR GEAR BASED ON WORKBENCH
Abstract
Gear transmission as a mechanical drive the monly used one of the form. It can be used to transfer space between any two axis movement and force, has large transmission power, high efficiency and transmission ratio accurate, long service life, work safety and reliability, etc. As mechanical science and manufacturing technology rapid development, the accuracy of the mechanical transmission systems have higher demands, gear finite element analysis research by foreign and domestic scholar attention.
This article by using software of Workbench papers on forging spur gears finite element analysis, including plane static analysis, gear contact analysis. First of all, using AutoCAD software is built spur gear entity model and the gearing mesh entity model; Secondly, in the Workbench, using the software with AutoCAD and of the interface between the entity model of the import, respectively; Again, in the Workbench software in each of the two models, get their finite element analysis of the stress distribution and deformation figure; Finally, to spur gear meshing gears and vice respectively with theoretical calculation of static contact, and the result of finite element analysis paring the results.
