摘要
现代排球比赛中的対抗主要是发球与接球、扣球与拦网、扣球与防守之间的对抗,比赛双方总是力求在対抗体中争取主动,避免被动,从而贏得比赛。但就排球比赛的胜负规律而言,特别是在“每球得分制”的规则下,取得比赛胜负的关键在于发球及发球后防反体系的得分。高质量的发球不仅能直接得分,还可以削弱对方一传的到位率,扼制对方组织进攻的能力,从而减轻本方拦、防的压力,为本方创造更多的防反机会,也为掌握比赛的主动权、取得比赛胜利奠定基础。因此,如何提高发球的效果,对贏得比赛有重大意义。

Abstract
