摘要:发球是网球运动中尤为重要的技术之一,是赢得比赛胜利的主要得分手段,也是唯一一个完全由自己控制而不受对方选手影响的技术动作,因而能最大限度地发挥个人技术特点。因此,良好的发球技术是优秀的网球选手所应具备的重要技术之一。近几年来,我选手相比还有相当大的差距,尤其在发球技术和发球速度上明显落后国外优秀运动员。改进发球技术,提高发球速度成为当前我国网球技术训练中的焦点问题之一。网坛大多数优秀选手的发球技术都具有速度快、力量大、旋转多、落点准等特点,而且一发的成功率高。我国运动员恰恰缺少的就是发球的力度、准度和狠度。
