摘要 本论文是设计一种用于带式输送机的液压自动张紧及检测装置。首先,通过查阅资料,分析了现有的张紧装置的优缺点,并在此基础上设计了装置的总体布局。其次,通过对工况要求的分析,选择液压张紧的方式,并查阅资料设计了该装置的液压系统,主要部件液压缸以及对部分辅助液压元件进行了计算和选择。最后,通过与指导老师交流和查阅资料选择了用单片机控制的液压检测装置对皮带进行自动张紧。采用单片机具有反应快,实时监控等优点,达到生产使用的要求。该装置可作为大型带式输送机的张紧装置,例如煤矿上的带式输送机等。 关键词带式输送机;液压系统;液压缸;单片机;绞车 Abstract This paper is to design a hydraulic auto-tensioner and a detection device for the belt conveyor. First accessing to information, I analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the existing tensioning device. And on this basis, I designed the overall layout of the device. Secondly I analyzed the working conditions and selected the hydraulic tensioning mean, then designed the hydraulic system of the device and the important hydraulic cylinder. I also calculated and chose the ponents on the part of the auxiliaries. Finally with the guidance of teacher and accessing to information I selected SCMs to control the hydraulic cylinder for the belt conveyor. I used SCMs, which have a quick reaction and a real-time monitoring, to achieve the requirements of the production and use. The device can be used as a large belt tensioning device, such as the coal conveyor and so on.
