摘要
本工程是青岛市的一个星级酒店。内容包括星级酒店,客房,会议中心及酒店相关附属商业设施的综合类建筑。本文对此酒店进行了设计计算。根据该建筑物的功能要求和使用特点,分析比较了各种空调方式,确定该建筑物空调系统的室内部分采用风机盘管加独立新风系统,末端设备为风机盘管, 新风处理到室内等焓线,过渡季节只供新风,其中游泳池和多功能厅采用全空气系统,酒店大堂就用冬季地暖辐射,夏季风机盘管相结合的系统。主要设计内容包括:空调冷负荷的计算;空调系统的划分;冷源的选择;空调末端处理设备的选型;风系统的设计与计算;室内送风方式与气流组织形式的确定;水系统的设计与水力计算;机房布置等。本文从地源热泵工作原理出发,详细地进行了地源热泵空调系统设计和特点分析,并与普通空调系统进行了经济上和技术上的比较。地源热泵地下换热器采用双U 型竖埋管地下换热器。此设计的中央空调系统既能满足热舒适性要求,又最大程度地考虑了建筑节能的需要。

ABSTRACT
This project is a star hotel of Qingdao. Content including star hotel, guest rooms, conference center and hotel related mercial facility prehensive construction. This paper introduced the design and calculation for this hotel. According to the function requirements of the building and use of characteristic, analysis parison of various air conditioning mode, determine the interior parts of the building air conditioning systems with fan coil plus fresh air system independently, terminal equipment for the fan coil units and fresh air to the indoor isenthalpic line, transitional season for fresh air only, the swimming pool and multi-function hall adopts full air system, the hotel lobby with radiation of floor heating in winter, the bination of fan coil units system.
