诱发电位因能在术中连续、适时地监护脊髓功能,已广泛地应用于脊柱矫形术中。但是,术中诱发电位受术中多种因
素的影响,如何提高术中神经监护的准确性仍是一个需要探索的问题。本文就术中神经监测在脊柱外科矫形术中的应用及术中电
位变化原因进行综述。

Abstract: Evoked potentials which can monitor spinal cord function in operation continuously and timely has been widely used in spi-
nal orthopedics. However, intraoperative evoked potentials are affected by the technique in a variety of factors, how to improve the accuracy
of intraoperative monitoring is still a problem to explore. In this paper, intraoperative nerve monitoring application and intraoperative poten-
tial reasons for the changes in the spine surgery orthopedic surgery were reviewed.
