医院夏季空调湿环境对人体健康的间接影响

摘要:针对空调环境中 5 种主要的湿关联污染物进行实测,获得某三甲医院在实际使用中的尘螨、细菌、真菌、
甲醛、氡现场参数。建立 5 种污染物浓度随室内温湿度变化及其对人体健康影响的灰色系统;运用云模型,将污
染物浓度与健康影响的定性关系转化为定量关系,并结合灰关联分析法,获得 5 种湿关联污染物对人体间接健康
影响的权重系数;通过计算综合关联度,推荐对人体健康有利的最优温度区间为 ~ ℃,最优相对湿度区
间为 %~%,为医院建筑夏季空调设计的健康舒适参数和运行控制参数设定提供参考。

Indirect effects of airconditioning relative humidity of
hospital buildings in summer on human health

Abstract: In order to study the impact of the contaminants on human health, filed data of five major humidityrelated
contaminants including dust mite, bacteria, fungi, formaldehyde and radon were obtained in an airconditioned hospital
building during summer, and indoor air temperature and humidity were measured simultaneously. Cloud model was
applied to realize the conversion of qualitative into quantitative relationship between the pollutants concentration and
