随着世界经济的不断发展,劳动力市场歧视已经成为了一个全球化的问题。在我国社会主义市场经济发展中,劳动力市场歧视问题同样愈演愈烈。然而与西方经济学界相比,我国经济学界对劳动力市场歧视问题的关注相对较少,目前尚处于起步阶段。研究劳动力市场歧视问题对于建立全国统一开放、竞争有序的劳动力市场,建立健全的现代市场体系意义重大。本文的研究思路死围绕我国劳动力市场歧视问题展开的,首先对劳动力市场歧视的概念进行界定和分析;其次对劳动力市场歧视问题的成因进行分析;再次是对我国劳动力市场歧视问题的现状进行分析和总结;最后是反歧视措施研究,针对我国劳动里市场歧视中存在的主要问题提出相关的解决对策。

Abstract
As the continuous development of the world economy, labor market discrimination has e a global problem. In the development of the socialist market economy in our country, labor market discrimination also intensified. Compared with the western economics, however, China's economy relatively few scholars focus on labor market discrimination, at present is still in the initial stage. Research to establish the unified national labor market discrimination open, competitive and orderly labor market, establish and improve the modern market system is of great significance. The research of this paper death around China's labor market discrimination problem, first define the concept of labor market discrimination and analysis; Secondly analyzes the causes of the labor market discrimination; Again is the current situation of China's labor market discrimination problems are analyzed and summarized; Finally is anti - discrimination measures, according to China's labor market discrimination in the main problems existing in the related countermeasures are put forward.
