摘要
21 世纪的制造业,正从以机器为特征的传统技术时代,向着以信息为特征的技
术时代迈进,即用信息技术改造和提升传统产业。汽车工业作为衡量一个的标志,其发展主导了锻压技术及装备的发展,锻压技术的发展和进步基本围
绕汽车工业的发展而进行。摩擦压力机作为一种实用的锻压设备,以其低廉的价格,
具有非常广阔的应用前景,它的研究和开发对于提高具有重要意义。
本文从摩擦压力机的研究背景出发,阐述了摩擦压力机的工作原理以及工作方
式,在介绍其工作原理的基础上,提出了利用 DSP 为控制核心来代替传统的 PLC 的
方案,在提高了装备的技术性能和可靠性,将 PLC+单片机的系统整合成一个 DSP
系统的同时,还大大降低了安装、调试的技术要求和工作量。
根据对摩擦压力机控制系统的分析,本文详细阐述了各个控制部分的实现方案
以相关原理,并介绍了该系统的硬件软件组成。详尽阐述了以 TMS320F2812 为核心
芯片的最小系统各个组成部分电路、触摸屏接口电路、光电编码器接口电路等硬件
电路的设计过程,并展示了实际制作的 PCB 板。对控制系统的软件也进行了初步探
讨,给出了各个部件的控制流程图。
本论文设计的摩擦压力机控制系统与 PLC 为核心的控制系统相比在成本上有很
大的降低,并且实时性和控制精度都有所提高,这为将来的 DSP 在锻压设备中的改
进打下了基础。
