2008年北京奥运会对北京空气质量的影响

【摘要】

目的收集北京市在2008年北京奥运会申办、筹办与举办等不同阶段所制定的改善空气质量相关法规、
标准、环保投资情况以及与空气质量相关的监测数据,分析2008年北京奥运会对北京空气质量的持续影响。方法收
集年鉴、公报、政府各部门公开发布的与空气质量相关的数据资料,计算定量资料的年均增长速度、环比,计算不同阶段
各指标的均值、不同阶段间的环比来分析2008年北京奥运会对北京空气质量的影响。结果
1999年以来,北京市共制
定与改善空气质量相关法规、标准57部。。市区空气质量
二级和好于二级的天数从2000年的177 d增加到2008年的274 d。S02、CO、N02及可吸人颗粒物平均浓度均有下降。
废气排放明显下降。结论北京市在申办、筹办、举办2008年北京奥运会的过程中加大了环保投入、推进了环境保护相
关法规、标准实施、推进了一批环保措施的落实,从而持续改善了北京的空气质量。
