摘要
汽车是现代人们生活中重要的交通工具其是由多个系统组成的,制动系统就是其中一个重要的组成部分。它既要使行驶中的汽车减速,又要保证车辆能稳定的停驻在原地不动。因此,汽车制动系对于汽车的安全行驶起着举足轻重的作用。
在本次设计中,根据已有的CA1046车辆的数据对制动系统进行设计。其中对制动系统的组成、制动系统主要部件的方案论证、制动力矩的计算、鼓式制动器结构参数的设计、制动器相关部件的校核、制动主缸和制动轮缸的直径工作容积的计算、制动踏板力与踏板行程的计算等方面进行了设计分析。
设计所附的多张图纸对设计的思想、制动系统的布置设计表达的非常清晰。希望在翻阅说明书的过程中能够结合图纸,这样就可以更加有效的理解设计的思想和意图。

ABSTRACT
Automobile is the important transportation tools in the modern life. It positive by many systems. The most important parts are the brake system. The system made the autocar slowdown; what’s more, the automobile is stopped steadily. There by the brake system play an important part in security steer. In the design, which based on the data of brake system used in CA1041. pose of the brake system is designed. And the main piece applied with CA1041 is demonstrated. The braking force and the parameters of drum brake’s configuration are included in this design also. What’s more, the validating of correlation parts in the brake system and the diameter of the main crock of braking and the crock applied in brake wheel are designed . Meantime , the its stroke volume are referred to The force effected the footplate when braking and the travel of footplate and so on are analyzed .
The drawings are very detail to explain the ideas of design and the disposition for the brake system . When you thumb the annotation text, you bine the drawings, which made you understand the ideas and meaning in this design effectively.

制动系统绪论
汽车制动系功用是使汽车以适当的减速度降速行驶至停车;在下坡行驶时,使汽车保持适当的稳定车速;使汽车可靠地停在原地或坡道上。汽车制动系直接影响着汽车行驶的安全性和停车的可靠性。随着高速公路的迅速发展和车速的提高以及车流密度的日益增大,为了保证行车安全、停车可靠,汽车制动系的工作可靠性显得日益重要。也只有制动性良好、制动系工作可靠性的汽车,才能充分发挥其动力性能。
汽车制动系至少应有两套独立的制动装置,即行车制动装置和驻车制动装置。中兴汽车或经常在山区行驶的汽车要增设应急制动装置及辅助制动装置;牵引汽车还应有自动制动装置。
行车制动装置用于使行驶的汽车强制减速或停车,并使汽车在下短坡时保持适当的稳定车速。其驱动机构常采用双回路或多回路结构,以保证其工作的可靠。
驻车制动装置用语汽车可靠而无时间限制地停驻在一定位置甚至在斜坡上,它也有助于汽车在斜坡上起步。驻车
