汽车座椅腰部支撑机构分析
摘要
随着国民经济的蓬勃发展,汽车已成为当前极为重要的交通运输工具。国外工业发达的国家都将汽车工业作为国民经济支柱产业之一。改革开放以来,我国汽车工业取得了较大的发展,今后汽车工业的发展重点已逐步转向独立的对汽车及零部件的研究和开发。汽车座椅是汽车的一个重要组成部分,它直接影响汽车整体性能。
本文叙述了座椅主要部件的设计要求,以及通过对座椅舒适性的研究,运用SolidWorks软件进行分析建模,设计了腰部支撑机构和座椅的骨架,并对某些重要元件进行了校核,确保了机构的合理性。本文主要的工作如下:
(1)查找汽车座椅重要部件的设计要求,对座椅的设计有个总体的了解,并根据各个部件的设计要求,初步确定座椅的外形及尺寸大小。
(2)通过对座椅舒适性的研究,从影响舒适性的各个因素出发,设计座椅的一些结构,使所设计的座椅尽量符合人的需求,并对驾驶员的坐姿、座椅的振动频率等进行了研究,
(3)分析了汽车座椅各个方面的现状,并详细介绍了CAD在汽车座椅方面的应用,运用SolidWorks软件设计腰部支撑机构和座椅的骨架,对具体结构尺寸进行了设计,同时运用软件对机构进行优化设计,阐述了腰部支撑部件的有关原理与求解方法。
(4)对关键部件进行了校核,保证了座椅结构的安全性能。
综合以上工作,对汽车座椅做出了整体的设计,达到了设计任务的要求。

Analysis of lumbar support car seat study
Abstract
With the rapid development of the national economy, cars have e extremely important tools of transport. Industrial developed countries abroad see the automotive industry as one of the pillar industries of the national economy. Since reform and opening up, China's automobile industry has made great development. The development of automobile industry has been gradually turning point of automobile and automobile parts of independent research and development. Car seat is an important part of car, and it directly influence the overall performance.
This article describes the design requirements of the main parts of the car seat,and through the study of fort , using SolidWorks software modeling, designanalysis and the waist support, and the skeleton of the seat on some ponent, ensure the rationality of anization.
