摘要
对于新设计制造的减速器,需要利用专门的固定试验台对其进行加载试验,检测各项工作性能和可靠性指标是否满足要求。减速器是用于原动机和工作机之间的独立的封闭传动装置。由于减速器具有结构紧凑、传动效率高、传动准确可靠、使用维护方便等特点,故在各种机械设备中应用甚广。
对基于二次调节的减速器加载系统进行深入的理论分析,建立减速器加载系统的数学模型,并绘制方框图;减速器试验加载系统主要分为开放式和封闭式两大类。其中进行深入研究二次调节加载系统的目的和意义、原理和应用、二次调节的发展概况。
二次调节系统是在恒压网络中,通过调节二次元件斜盘倾角来改变二次元件排量,以适应负载(工作机构)转矩的变化,从而使负载按设定的规律变化。本文系统地对基于二次调节的减速器试验加载系统进行了分析,建立了用于频域分析的传递函数模型,对减速器模拟加载系统的刚度特性进行了分析,设计及校核减速器模拟加载试验台。
该试验主要设计驱动变速箱的轴和齿轮等零部件,并对它们做了校核;还建立了较为精确的系统数学模型,得出许多有参考价值的结论,为进一步完善和提高二次调节加载技术提供了依据。
