证明信或证明书（精选）.ppt

涉及面较广, 凡是证明一个人的身份, 经历或某件事情真相的信或文件,都叫作证明信或证明书。如证明一个人的出生,死亡以及学历等。英文证明信和普通书信的书写格式基本相同。
证明信或证明书
1. 称呼(The Salutation)一般写上“ To whom it may concern: ”,不须写收信人姓名,地址和结束语。
2. 通常在纸笺的上方先注明 Certificate 字样,然后写将要证明的内容。
3. 无论是证明信还是证明书,都要求在正文(The body)开头就写上证明内容。一般采用的句型是:This is to certify that …( 兹证明…)
4. 在右下方署上自己的名字或单位名称。
