我国校企合作的现状与问题——以南京医科大学为例

摘要:校企合作作为高等学校服务社会、优化人才培养结构的有效途径,长期以来是理论界与实践界共同致力研究的重要领域/始终高度关注的核心问题。本文以多科型医学院校为案例,在总结合作现状的基础上,深入剖析了合作中存在的思想认识不到位、政策制度不健全、合作目标不明确等问题,针对问题,从发挥政府职能、优化运行机制、建立评价体系等方面提出了对策建议。

Abstract: As an effective way of higher schools to serve munity and optimize the structure of professional training, for a long time the school-enterprise cooperation has always been the important areas of research and the core issue of great attention in theoretical and practical an example of a multidisciplinary-based medical schools, this paper summarized the situation of cooperation, analysed problems of cooperation,for example ing of thinking and understanding, plete of policies and systems, uncertainty of goals, put forward countermeasures and suggestions from playing the government functions, optimizing the operating mechanism, establishing the evaluation system.

校企合作并不是一个新的概念(也可称之为产学研结合),国外高等教育界早在19世纪就开始了对校企合作的探索,并有相关法案予以规范。我国高等学校校企合作自20世纪50年代至今先后经历了萌芽、转型、发展三个主要阶段[1]。在1958年国家就曾提出“教育必须与生产劳动相结合”的教育方针,并逐步形成“教学、科研、生产三结合”的教育指导思想,80年代继续推进建立“教学、科研、生产联合体”、建立“区域性的联合组织”[2];1992年
