摘要
随着振动压实理论的逐步完善以及新的压实技术和控制技术在压路机中的应用,新型振
动压路机的研究逐渐显出其重要性及必要性。本次毕业设计的主要任务是设计一种全新的振
动压路机的振动轮结构,使其一方面它可以产生较大的碾压力,对地面上可以产生较大面积
的振动范围;另一方面自行行驶的压路机可以产生最大可能的推动力和作用力(附着力)并
且尽量大可能减小相对地面的滑移。
设计中,通过改变振动轮的形状就能够实现对地面产生较大面积的振动范围,因此,三
边弧形振动轮为本设计的重点。本设计为一种新型结构的振动轮,关键部分为振动轮的非圆
形表面的柱体,这部分结构加上双轴设计的应用,改变两个轴上的非圆形碾压轮的相位,便
实现了产生较大碾压力和振动范围的同时又产生最大可能的推动力。
除了振动轮参数的设计计算部分,本文还包括了对课题研究意义的分析,以及减振系统
的设计计算和传动系统的设计计算。

ABSTRACT
With the gradual improvement of the theory of paction and
compaction of new technology and control technology in roller application, a new
study of vibratory rollers gradually showing its importance and necessity. The
graduation project's main task is to design a new round of structural vibration
vibratory rollers, so it can have a greater hand grinding pressure on the ground
can produce a large area of the vibration range; the other hand, self-driving roller
can produce the maximum possible driving force and the force (adhesion) and try to
reduce the relatively large ground may slip.
Design, by changing the shape of wheel vibration can achieve a greater area of
ground vibration range, so the curved triangular design-oriented focus wheel
vibration. The design of a new round of structural vibration, a key part of the
non-circular wheel vibration of the surface of the cylinder, this part of the
structure with two-axis design of the application, change the two axes of the phase
of non-circular wheel rolling , we achieve a greater range of pressure and vibration
grinding also produce the greatest possible driving force.
In addition to the vibration parameters of the design and calculation part of
the wheel, the paper also includes an analysis of the significance of the research,
as well as vibration transmission system design calculations and design
calculations.
