痰热清注射液治疗流行性腮腺炎的Meta分析 王宗喜朱慧娟文九芳(湖北省荆州市第一人民医院 434000) 摘要目的:评价痰热清注射液治疗流行性腮腺炎的疗效和安全性。方法:检索并选取国内公开发表的有关痰热清注射液治疗流行性腮腺炎的随机对照试验研究,纳入试验的质量用jadad计分表评价,对纳入试验的疗效作Meta分析。结果:8项研究经Meta分析结果显示,痰热清注射液组在退热、消肿及有效率方面均优于对照组。结论:痰热清注射液治疗流行性腮腺炎有较好疗效,且不良反应发生率较低,但由于现有研究质量较差,尚需设计严谨的多中心、大样本随机对照试验来进一步证实。 关键词痰热清注射液;流行性腮腺炎;Meta分析 Meta-analysis of Tanreqing Injection in theTreatment of Mumps WANG Zong-xi, ZHU Hui-juan , WEN Jiu-fang (Jingzhou City First People,s Hospital,JingZhou 434000,HuBei China) ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Tanreqing injection in the treatment of :Randomized controlled trials about Tanreqing injection in the treatment of mumps were retrieved to screen the qualified researches,Jadad scale was used to assess the method ological quality of the inclusive trials and the data were analyzed with method of Meta Analysis RESULTS:8studies were incorporated by Meta-analysis and the results showed that Tanreqing injection group was better than control group in terms of temperature droping, swelling dissipated and effective :Tanreqing injection shows better therapeutic effect in treating mumps,and the occurrence rate of adverse drug reactions is the quality of present researches is worse,these results should be verified by strictly-designed and large-scale sample randomized control trial.
