了解非言语沟通的定义及特征,非语言沟通的主要形式。
重点:肢体语言的表达特征。
难点:正确运用面部表情、空间距离以及声音的音质进行沟通。
一个善于沟通的人,不仅重视语言沟通,还特别重视非语言所透露的信息。
《世说新语. 容止》里讲了这么一个故事:
魏武将见匈奴使,自以形陋,不足雄远国,使崔季珪代,帝自捉刀立床头。既毕,令间谍问曰:“魏王如何?”匈奴使答:“魏王雅望非常:然床头捉刀人,此乃英雄也。”魏武闻之,追杀此使。
MUNICATION
munication that is not carried out in words, but through one’s voice quality, facial expressions, gestures, body movements,or attitudes Towards space and time.
一、voice quality
1、Volume: loudness of one’s voice. For example , when a production manager raises his voice on the quality control of a new product , this shows his concerns for and also the importance of the product.
2、Rate:the speed we speak. Normal speed : 110-150 words per minute.
3、Pitch
the raise and fall of one’s tones.
A high-pitched voice often makes people nervous. Besides, it sounds more like scolding than talking.
二、facial expressions
facial muscles can form up more than 7,000 different expressions.
1、movement of eyebrows and eyes
the movement of eyebrows carries messages like greetings ,surprises, fear, and etc. westeners can send up to 28 messages through eyebrow movement.
Eye contact is an important channel for nonverbal
communication.
Canadians , Australians, and many other westerners hold that direct eye contact munication carries the messages of honesty, sincerity and frankness.
But it’s against the Japanese culture to look directly at the speaker’s eyes while listening to him, and the proper way is to lower one’s eyes in order to show one’s respect for the speaker.
2、smile
Smile is a mon but effective way of munication.
A smile will give more warmth and encouragement
to the other people than good words with no facial
expressions. Besides , a right smile can send the
message : we need you , we appreciate what you’ve done for us. You’re e.
