加味当归补血汤对肿瘤转移过程中血液流变学的影响

摘要:目的:探讨加味当归补血汤是否具有改变肿瘤转移过程中血液流变学状态从而抑制肿瘤转移的作用。方法:小鼠U14宫颈癌肺转移造模,于10d、19d、25d测全血粘度、血小板聚集率、红细胞压积、血小板计数及计算红细胞聚集指数率。结果:10d、19d,中药组与模型组相比全血粘度三个切变率均有所降低,尤其低切变率较模型组显著下降,P<。血小板最大聚集率较模型组显著下降,P<。25d,中药组低切变率较模型组显著升高,P<;其余指标各组比较差异不明显,P>,血小板最大聚集率较模型组显著下降,P<。结论:加味当归补血汤通过降低肿瘤小鼠升高的血液黏度、降低血小板聚集率升高来影响血液流变学从而具有一定的抑制肿瘤转移的作用。
