摘要
随着经济的不断发展,科技的不断进步,城市公共交通在城市交通体系中也起到至
关重要的作用,并逐渐成为城市交通的骨干和支柱。面对城市拥堵问题日益严重,居民
出行质量逐渐变差,优先发展公共交通已经被认为可以起到较为有效缓解拥堵的作用。
而常规公交是城市公共交通的重要组成部分,承担着城市日常出行的重要责任。由于中
小带状城市形成的特殊性和局限性,在规划中小带状城市常规公交线网时,不能单纯的
选择环形或放射性等常规线网模式。传统的城市公交现网规划方法也不能完全适应这一
特殊城市形态。
本文以较为成熟的常规公交线网为主线,从中小带状城市的城市形态着手,将城市
形态对城市交通的互动性,以及带状城市交通发展的自然形态限制等因素作为研究突破
口,分析带状形态对居民出行特征、路网特征等城市交通特性,试图寻找适合中小带状
城市交通的常规公交线网模式及布设方法。本文首先概述了城市形态以及其与城市交通
的影响关系,指出带状城市的形态特征。其次研究中小带状城市的交通特性,通过对比
单中心圈层式城市与中小带状城市的交通出行特征,分析中小带状城市居民出行特征;
同时分析中小带状城市路网特征及交通特征,为后续公共交通需求预测提供支撑,并为
常规公交线网模式及布设方法提供依据。然后根据城市居民出行特征,运用函数模型预
测公共交通需求,并以此为依据对城市公交线网模式及布设方法进行研究。
本文认为,城市形态对城市土地结构、城市交通特性、城市路网结构等都具有重要
影响。而这些影响因素均是城市公交线网规划的重要因素,对城市公交线网的布设有决
定性的影响。通过居民出行现状调查推算公共交通需求出行预测的公交规划思路虽然较
为成熟,但对于中小带状城市而言并不完全适应。带状城市由于其自然条件的约束形成
了主发展轴较长、两翼较窄的城市形态,在公交线网的模式及线路布设是应该充分考虑
特殊性,以适应城市的公共交通需求。

Abstract
Urban public transport is closely related to people's lives, the ties contacting the social
production and people's lives, but also one of the indispensable power in sustainable urban
development. With the economic developing and technology advancing, urban public
transport highlights the crucial role of the urban transport system and gradually e the
backbone and pillar of the city traffic. Faced with worsening urban congestion problems, the
quality of residents travel es worse. Giving priority to the development of public
transport has been considered to play a more effective role in easing congestion. Conventional
