抗病毒口服液挥发油提取工艺的研究

【摘要】目的优选抗病毒口服液中广藿香、连翘、郁金、石菖蒲等4味药材挥发油最佳提取工艺。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,以收油率为指标,采用正交试验设计考察药材粒径、加水倍数、浸泡时间、提取时间等因素。结果最佳提取条件为:药材粉细段(<10 mm),加入8倍量水,浸泡3 h,提取6 h。结论优选得到的工艺稳定可行。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction procedure of essential oils from Herba Pogostemonis, Fructus Forsythiae, Radix curcumae and Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii, four ponents of Kangbingdu oral The essential oil was extracted by steam distillation. Orthogonal test was used to optimize extraction yield- related factors such as the grain size of the material, quantity of water, soaking time and extraction time. Chemical constituents of the extracted essential oil were identified by TLC. Results The optimized extraction conditions were as following: 10 mm or less in grain size, 8 times of water, three hours of immersion and six hours of distillation. Conclusion This optimized extraction process is stable and highly efficient.

抗病毒口服液处方中广藿香[1,2]、连翘[3,4]、石菖蒲[5,6]、郁金[7,8]富含挥发油,其挥发油具有化湿开胃、理气活血、抗真菌、抗病毒等作用,为方中有效成分。抗病毒口服液中挥发油提取工艺未见文献报道,广藿香与石菖蒲单味药材的挥发油水提工艺偶有报道[9,10]。笔者采用正交试验对上述4味药材混合挥发油提取工艺进行优选。
1材料与仪器

QEC4A高速中药粉碎机(武义县屹立工具有限公司),挥发油测定仪(伟业仪器厂),石菖蒲、广藿香、连翘和郁金药材(由广州香雪制药提供,经鉴定为药典收载品种)。
