机构间网络与区域创新系统建设（可复制毕业论文）.pdf

摘要
构建区域技术创新体系是提升区域竞争能力的主要措施,创新体系的实质是各类
机构之间的联系网络。这种网络联系的性质、深度、稳定程度影响着机构之间物质、
能量,特别是知识的流动与交互,对区域新知识的生产、流动,最终对创新绩效有着
重要影响。各不同国家机构间网络形态存在着差异,为了揭示这种差异,需要对不同
国家机构间网络关系形态、网络与合作关系生成的机理进行系统的研究。
本文首先对简单生产条件下市场、等级以及网络三种资源配置方式的特征、效率
进行总结;从信息经济学的角度,对知识与创新因素引入后,以及技术(系统振荡)
和市场需求变动(个别振荡)加剧条件下,网络通过某种方式的协调在利用分散信息
方面所具有的优势进行了讨论,论证创新的位置从大企业转向网络的内在必然性。其
次,对我国创新中各类机构间合作的方式、特征进行了分析,认为条块分割及政府的
干预抑制了这种联系的建立与发展,导致知识在不同机构之间流动梗塞,通过网络化
组织资源进行创新的效率无法充分发挥。
再次,对日本、美国网络内企业之间合作的方式、合作机制进行了分析。日本式
网络的治理促进了专用性投资的增长,使得网络内的合作向深度化发展以及组装厂商
与供应商之间的长期合作关系,促进了隐含知识在企业间的流动、新知识的产生。
而后论文转入对如何促使这种联系的发生与进化发展问题的探讨。在简要介绍共
生理论基础后,从共生的角度分析了我国科技经济、科技经济体制及改革对机构间网
络关系建立的影响。认为共生单元内在运行机制、主质参量兼容度、共生环境与共生
界面中存在的缺陷是导致机构之间合作水平低,且主要以点共生和间歇共生为主要合
作形态的主要原因。
最后,论文从机构之间联系、合作关系建立的角度探讨区域创新系统的建设。认
为区域创新系统建设需要从增强各类主体的共生能力、改革共生界面,改善共生环境
等六个方面着手,文章对网络联系建立的过程步骤也进行了一定的分析。

Abstract
It is the main measure of upgrading the territory ability petition to construct the
regional innovation system, the essence of the innovation system is the work
anizations. The nature, depth, stability of the connection works influences
the flow and interaction of material, energy especially knowledge among
organizations,therefore it has important influence on the production of new knowledge and
finally on the innovation performance in a exists discrepancy in the form of
trans-works among different countries, to reveal the differences, it is
necessary to carry out systematic research on the form,the generation mechanism of
cooperative relationship for trans-works in different countries.
This paper firstly analyses the feature and the efficiency of three kinds of resource
allocation method—market,hierarchy as well works—under the condition of simple
production;secondly, based on information economics, under the condition that the factor of
knowledge and innovation is introduced into production, as well as the change in both
technology and market demand aggravates
