摘要
本文从五个方面针对城市近邻工业园区域公路网规化中的若干问题展开研究
和论述,首先系统阐述我国工业园区道路的规化现状;第二部分阐述本文用到的关
于交通量,可达性以及规化方面的相关理论,从而奠定理论基础。第三部分通过对
沈阳经济开发区道路交通规划的实例分析,提出今后工业园区道路交通规划应注意
的问题与发展方向。提出结合 GIS 以及 MAPINFO 等软件进行公路网的规划,进一
步拓展了道路规划的空间;文章最后论述了公路网规划对城市近邻工业园区结构和
功能影响,以期为未来工作提供可以借鉴之处。

Abstract
This paper is discussing and researching from five aspects on planning and
optimization of the technical region works around the city. First of all, we
systematically expounded China's industrial park road , the regulation of the status quo,
the traffic and traffic characteristics, then analyzed and summed up the cause of
problems and the formation of description; The second section sets used in this article
on the traffic, accessibility, and regulatory aspects of the relevant theory, thereby laying
the theoretical basis. In the third section, bined GIS and MAPINFO, electronic
maps and other tools and software to work planning and optimization in
Shenyang Economic Development Zone, planned the further expand the road space;
Finally, the article discusses the planning of the urban work structure and
function of neighboring industrial park impact evaluation system, with a view that
future work can learn from them.
