咽拭子快速培养在肺炎支原体(MP)感染中的临床应用价值

【摘要】目的评估咽拭子快速培养对早期诊断支原体感染的临床应用价值。方法将176例患儿分成A、B两组,A组94例,B组82例,A组为病程﹤7d,B组为病程≥7d;入院后两组中每个患儿均予以咽拭子MP培养及血MP-IgM检测,比较每组两种检查阳性率有无差异。结果 A组中咽拭子培养(+)且血MP-IgM(-)为21例,咽拭子培养(-)且血MP-IgM(+)为7例,x2=,p﹤,差异有统计学意义,咽拭子MP培养阳性率明显高于血MP-IgM;B组中x2=,p>,差异无统计学意义。结论咽拭子快速培养对肺炎支原体感染的早期诊断有一定临床应用价值,方法简单,创伤小,值得在临床推广。

【Abstract】 Objective Assessment of throat swab rapid culture for early diagnosis of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in clinical application value.
