基于PLC的水厂滤池自动控制系统设计
摘要
水是生命之源,供水自然关系到国计民生的重要地步,供水不仅要满足工业用水,还要满足生活用水,农业用水等等,其中最为重要的是生活用水,各城市的大中小水厂是生活用水的直接来源,水厂滤池的好坏不仅影响出水的质量,更关系到人民的生命安全,所以水厂滤池在供水中起到很重要的作用,以前的水厂滤池大都使用人工控制,不仅费力,而且劳动强度大,劳动效率低,出水的质量也很难保证,因此,对水厂滤池提出自动化改造已经是很有必要的事情了。
在设计之初,从网络上查阅了当前水厂滤池普遍采用的过滤方法,以及存在的不足,但是每一种方法都不是十全十美的,只有通过不断的改进,才能逐步达到最优化设计。
本设计从水厂滤池控制系统要求的最低控制要求和控制工艺出发,设计出了基于PLC的水厂滤池控制系统,并且在滤池正常过滤的过程中,为了实现恒水位过滤,设计了以出水流量为控制参数的滤池液位PID控制系统。而在系统接收到反冲洗信号时,本系统在设计上就主控PLC如何更好的与现场PLC协调控制滤池的反冲洗方案进行了对比并且做了优化,增强了控制思路的清晰性,达到了预期的控制效果。根据系统的控制要求,进行了硬件设备的选型,设计了控制系统硬件配置图、I/O模块接线图,并编写了实现控制算法的程序。
