摘要

回转库是目前非常先进的仓储配套设施,可存放各种零配件、设备易损件及各种工
具和检测量具等,能有效地节省贮存空间,是实现库房管理现代化的最佳选择。研究柔
性化的计算机管理系统,研制配备高效、快速、可靠的作业机械等配套设备以及精确的
寻址算法在立体仓库的实际应用中具有重要意义。
本文首先通过对日东集团的回转库系统进行了调查分析,得出了数控回转库的基本
参数,主要包括机械设计制造部分、自动控制部分和操作方式。并介绍了回转库在国内
外的应用和市场前景,通过对自动化立体仓库系统中仓储管理系统的功能及应用的研究
分析,建立了适应本系统的仓储管理系统模型,并设计了系统界面及出库流程。
其次还对各种类型的回转库,即垂直回转式、垂直升降式和水平回转式的回转库造
型进行了分析与比较,其中对垂直回转库与水平回转库进行了方案设计,并进行了创新
设计,对回转库的造型和机械系统进行了详细设计
最后将这种回转库应用在自动化立体仓库中,对自动化立体仓库的寻址原理、寻址
装置及寻址流程进行分析;根据自动化立体仓库的寻址模式,以相对寻址算法为系统算
法,设计具体的回转库出、入库寻址步骤及流程,并编写相应 PLC 梯形程序来实现算法。
这种回转库的设计与应用能够满足立体仓库效率、柔性的要求,并为实际中立体仓
库的安全运行提供必要性保证。

Abstract

Carousel is currently very state-of-the-art storage and support facilities, and it can store a
variety of spare parts, equipment, consumable parts and a variety of tools and testing
measuring tools, meanwhile it effectively saves storage space, which is the best choice of
warehouse management modernization. So it is of great significance in the practical of the
three-dimensional warehouse to study the flexibility of puter management system,
develop and deploy efficient, fast, and reliable operating machinery and other equipment, as
well as precise addressing algorithm.
Firstly, through the library system of rotation of the Sun East Group conducted a survey
analysis, I make a conclusion about the basic parameters of the NC rotary library, part of the
main mechanical design and manufacturing, automatic control part and the mode of operation.
And I also introduce the market prospects of automatic at home and abroad , and I
establish a functional model of the warehouse management system. To adapt the system
model I design process of the system interface and a library.
