前言
四年的大学学习生活已接近尾声,我们也即将从学校步入社会,去开创一片属于自己的蓝天,四年的学习将成为我日后工作和生活的资本和力量。通过这次毕业设计,使我把大学期间所学的零散的专业知识系统化,构成一个知识体系,为我以后的工作打下了坚实的基础,这是一次不可多得的锻炼机会。
通过这次毕业设计,我对本专业的知识作了一次全面的总结和提升,熟悉了AutoCAD、天正建筑的绘图,熟练了Word的应用,对今后的工作一定会有很大的帮助的。同时在设计中同学们互相帮助,增强了我们的团队意识,培养了我们独立思考能力和协作精神。这都是我在设计中的收获。毕业设计是对我们自己的一次全面的检验,使自己了解了自己的能力,增强了投身于建筑事业的信心和热情。
由于我水平有限,设计中难免有错误,望老师批评指正。这次毕业设计承蒙指导老师于荣老师和马艳霞老师的悉心指导和同学们的热心帮助,在此表示衷心的感谢!
摘要
设计分为两个部分:建筑设计、结构设计。建筑设计包括建筑方案和建筑施工图的绘制,结构设计为本设计最主要的部分。结构设计主要进行了结构方案中轴的一代表性框架的荷载计算、内力分析及组合、构件配筋计算和抗震设计等。在确定框架布局之后,先进行竖向荷载值计算和地震、风荷载计算,然后利用值法求出荷载作用下的结构内力(弯矩、轴力、剪力),找出最不利的一组或几组内力组合,选取最不安全的结果计算配筋并绘图,利用建模复核计算结果。此外还进行了柱下独立基础、楼梯楼板等构件的设计。

ABSTRACT
The design is divided into two parts: architectural design, structural design.
