We asked the owner of the restaurant ,she said ,at first she invested about 500000RMB to rent the room ,to renovation it ,to buy many equipments and to hire people .About 1year later ,she want to make more customer to eat in her restaurant ,so she put more money to buy many tables and chairs outside of the restaurant to make more people to though her behavior is not very moral ,and make the road more crowed , more greasy ,but she needn’t have to spend more money to rent another room to make her restaurant bigger .

The service of the restaurant not very good because they have too many customer but only a few waiter there ,because the boss of the restaurant don’ t want to spend too much money on it have about 4 waiter and 3 chefs and 1 cleaner .The waiter ‘s average wage about 1200RMB/month and the chefs’ average wage is about 1500RMB/month , the cleaner’s wage is about 800RMB/ research other restaurants in the and find the wage of this restaurant is ok ,not too high and not too low .but they just have a few employees,so the owner can make more profit than other restaurant which wage at the same level .
