教育技术学的研究基础是技术哲学和教育哲学。针对教育哲学的研究早已有之,也
有了一些研究成果,但在技术哲学基础上所做的研究工作还相对较少且零散。为了保证
电化教育实践的蓬勃、健康发展,必须加强技术哲学视角下的学科建设和理论建树。萧
树滋是我国电化教育的开拓者和奠基人之一。他对于技术的作用,技术和教育的关系,
以及如何开展符合我国实际的电教工作等方面都有着独到的见解。当前在我国电化教育
事业发展的关键期,从技术哲学的视角,系统分析他关于电化教育的思想理论和实践经
验,有助于启示今人在教育中对待技术应用的态度与观念,以此更好地指导教育技术工
作者开展理论研究与实践活动。
本文借鉴技术哲学的研究成果和框架体系,从本体论、价值论和实践论三个方面对
萧树滋的电化教育思想进行分析和论证。在本体论部分主要阐述了萧树滋对电化教育本
质的认识,技术与电化教育、教育与电化教育以及人与电化教育的关系的认识;价值论
包括萧树滋对电化教育内在价值和外在价值的认识;实践论则主要论述了萧树滋对电化
教育实践行为模式、电化教育实践方法论以及电化教育实践发展的认识。

Abstract
Research basis of educational technology is philosophy of technology and philosophy of
education. There are already many researches based on philosophy of education. But
researches based on philosophy of technology is so few and scattered. In order to flourishing
and healthy development of practice of electrifying education in China, we must strengthen
discipline construction and theoretical plishment in perspective of philosophy of
technology in itself field. Xiao Shuzi is a pioneer and founder of our national electrifying
education. These theories are functions of technology, relationship between technology and
education, and how to develop the event of consilient reality and so on, to which he had
original ideas. In the critical period of development of electrifying education in China, from
perspective of philosophy of technology, we analyse his theory and practice of electrifying
education, which conduces to enlighten attitudes and perceptions of people applying
