摘要
电子商务的支付问题是随着电子商务本身的快速发展而衍生的。单纯就它们的关系而言,电子商务需要电子支付,支付体系是开展电子商务的必备条件。同时,电子商务的发展也促使电子支付的发展,使电子支付方式向多样性发展。具体来说,就是电子商务的发展已经突破增值网络,更为大众所显见的是基于互联网这一开放网络环境下的商务形式。这样的转变带来了一系列的问题:开放程度史无前例的高,网络安全及网络支付安全问题凸现出来;新的环境需要新的协议来规范;新的形式需要相应的法律及法规去约束;与网络环境下的电子商务相对应的就要有合适的支付方式去实现交易双方的终极目的。这些问题就构成了现在电子商务的支付体系。而且,目前制约我国电子商务发展的瓶颈就是支付问题。基于以上理解,本文对该体系中的如下问题展开分析:电子商务的发展与概念、电子支付的演进、电子商务支付系统及相关安全协议的分析、电子商务的支付安全与网络安全,并提出自己一些看法。
