产业集群创新能力的评价研究
―以宝鸡市石油装备产业集群为例

摘要
经济全球化的今天,产业集群因其特有的竞争优势已经成为世界产业发展的
必然趋势,而产业集群的创新能力则是产业集群保持持续竞争优势、实现持续发
展的重要因素。目前,我国产业集群的创新还存在许多问题,不能有效地保持集
群的持续竞争优势。因此,如何提高产业集群的创新能力,保持集群长期的竞争
优势,实现集群的持续发展,就成为目前研究的热点问题。
本文在阐述产业集群及集群创新相关理论的基础上,结合我国产业集群创新
现状及现存问题,分析了产业集群创新能力与产业集群发展之间的关系,在此基
础上,通过相关文献研究,分析了影响产业集群创新能力的主要因素,并依据这
些因素建立了产业集群创新能力的评价指标体系,依据产业集群创新能力评价的
特点选取了相应的方法构建了产业集群创新能力的评价模型。具体内容包括以下
三部分:首先,分析了产业集群创新能力的影响因素,分别为:企业技术创新能
力、集群企业整体技术水平、集群网络创新能力、创新环境和创新绩效,并依据
这些影响因素建立了包含 20 个评价指标的产业集群创新能力的评价指标体系。其
次,由于对产业集群创新能力的评价属于多指标综合评价问题,本文在对多指标
综合评价方法比较的基础上选取了主成分分析法对产业集群创新能力进行评价,
并运用主成分分析法构建了产业集群创新能力的评价模型。最后,结合宝鸡市石
油装备产业集群创新现状,对构建的产业集群创新能力评价模型进行了应用,验
证了其有效性和可行性。
通过本文的研究,一方面,对以后的产业集群创新能力评价研究具有借鉴意
义;另一方面,对产业集群创新能力进行评价研究,及时找出在创新过程中存在
的问题,在提高产业集群创新能力,促进产业集群发展方面具有重要的现实意义。

In the background of economic globalization, because of its petitive
advantage the industrial cluster had e the inevitable trend of development of
industry in the world, the innovation ability of industrial cluster was the important
factor that made the industrial cluster keep petitive advantage and
realize sustainable development. At present, there were still many problems in the
innovation of industrial cluster in China, it can not effectively keep the sustainable
competitive advantage of the industrial cluster. Therefore, how to improve the
innovation capability of the industrial cluster, keep the long-petitive advantage
of the industrial cluster and realize the sustained development of the industrial cluster,
