医院的整体形象和社会信誉度医者人文素质的高低,直接影响到医疗服务质量和患者的满意度。强化人文学科建设是提高
医务人员职业道德修养的需要,是提高医疗服务质量的需要是医院发展建设的需要,是医院实现社会效益和经济效益双赢的
需要,是改善医患关系的需要,是构建和谐社会的需要。

Abstract No longer being a simple process of medical diagnosis and treatment of disease,today's medical
practice has e a psychosomatic treatment which bears humanistic significance. Therefore,the level of hospital
's humanities building directly impacts on the overall image and social credibility of a hospital,while a doctor's hu-
manistic cultivation parallelly affects medical services and patients'satisfaction. To strengthen the humanities build-
