低功耗温湿度检测仪的硬件设计
摘要
近年来随着科技的飞速发展,单片机的应用正在不断深入。在实时检测和自动控制得单片机应用系统中,其往往作为一个核心部件来使用。
本文基于Proteus的单片机仿真环境,采用Dallas公司1-Wire的系列单片机作为主控芯片,结合外围的温度传感、湿度传感、按键设置和LCD液晶显示等设备,用C语言编写主控芯片的控制程序,设计了一款集温湿度检测与输出为一体的低功耗温湿度控制系统。
文章以温室环境作为研究对象,介绍了温湿度数据采集系统的设计过程与仿真的实现方法。详细介绍了温湿度测量电路以及单片机外围电路的设计,软件流程及高级语言源程序的设计。另外,在Proteus环境下结合Keil uVision 3使软硬件相结合,成功地实现了系统的仿真调试。该方法可以提高系统的开发效率、缩短周期和降低成本,为单片机系统的开发提供了手段。结果表明,该系统可以实现温湿度数据的采集、处理、实时显示、开关量的控制输出及系统键盘设置等功能,℃范围之内,湿度的误差可控制在±%RH以内,达到了设计要求。

Abstract
In recent years,with the rapid development of science and technology,the application of single chip is accepted broadly in real-time detection and automatic control of ’s often act as the puter of sigle chip system.
This low power consumption temperature and humidity control system which has functions of temperature sensing,humidity sensing and data displaying is created based on the single-chip puter simulation environment,using the 1-Wire single chip of Dallas ltd as the main control bined with temperature sensor,humidity sensor, the keyboard operation,LCD display,and other control system of main chip and main program was writen in program C.
The design and simulation implamentation methods of temperature and humidity data acquisition system are introduced in this paper, which takes a greenhouse as the research object. At the same time, the temperature and humidity measurement circuit periphery circuit of single puter, software flow char and the design of assemble language source program are described in detail in the paper. In addition, the virtual simulation debugging process is realized essfully by integrating the hardware and software in the Proteus and the Keil uVision3 environments, and can be demonstrated online.
