摘要
即时通讯是一种重要的网络应用方式,据艾瑞咨询预测,2012 年我国的即时通讯用
户规模将达到 亿人,届时在全体网民中的占比将升至 %。其庞大的用户数量不
仅体现了新媒体时代人们旺盛的信息需求,更预示着网络交往这种新兴的人际交往方式
蕴含着的巨大影响力。于是,伴随着即时通讯而兴起的网络交往与人们的现实交往的关
系处理愈发显得重要和紧迫,换言之,这种网络交往与现实交往之间关系的研究已成为
了一个研究意义重大的课题。本文的目的是研究网络交往对现实交往的影响。
本文在确立以即时通讯用户的网络交往为研究对象之后,运用网络问卷调查法、文
献分析法来分析网络交往对现实交往的影响。围绕这一主题,本文主要涉及了以下几个
方面内容:一、概述了研究目的和意义、研究现状、研究方法,以及论文的框架;二、
梳理了即时通讯和网络交往的定义、产生及发展状况,为后面的分析研究作铺垫;三、
编制即时通讯调查问卷对即时通讯用户的网络交往情况进行实证研究,收集和处理问卷
的数据以得出样本的基本资料;四、基于上一步得出的数据,并结合深度访谈的调查结
果,来深入分析网络交往对现实交往产生了什么样的影响,以及产生这些影响的原因;
五、针对前面分析得出的网络交往所产生的负面作用,提出了具体的解决办法和建议。
六、对本文的研究过程进行梳理,总结了研究的成果和不足,并对未来相关的研究进行
了展望。

Instant messaging is an important form work application. According to the forecast
of iResearch Consulting Group, the number of instant messaging users will be up to 470
million in 2012, accounting for % of work users. This huge number not only
demonstrates citizens’ strong demand for information in this media age, but also foreshows
the huge impact brought by munication, the new way of interpersonal
communication. With the development of instant messaging, therefore, it is more important
and urgent to deal with the relationship munication and real
