上海交通大学 硕士学位论文 TD-SCDMA后板及基站测试系统电源的设计与开发 姓名:段星玉 申请学位级别:硕士 专业:电子与通信工程 指导教师:金耀辉 20050901 上海交通大学工程硕士学位论文 ABSTRACT TD-SCDMA 后板及基站测试系统电源的设计与开发 摘要 测试系统的电源设备是整体系统的动力和安全保障根据客户的特 殊要求作者参与研究开发了一种通信系统测试设备使用的电源设备 本文对电源主电路进行设计以及零电压软开关技术在移相全桥电路 中的应用以及开关电源的控制电路驱动电路保护电路进行设计控 制电路以国产芯片为核心实现系统稳压和限流 同时本文对几种功率因数校正技术进行分析并通过小信号模型 推导出 Boost 电路的传递函数由传递函数分析 Boost 升压电路功率因 数校正的原理并利用 MATLAB 对 Boost电路进行仿真 最后针对对最大电流自动均流法的工作原理的研究并基于常用 平均电流自动均流法存在的问题开发了与控制电路相结合的实用型平均 电流自动均流电路并经试验证明均流效果比较好 作者作为项目组的成员主要参与了方案制订电路原理的研究 部分电路的设计后期测试工作以及元器件选取工作 关键词移相全桥零电压软开关功率因数校正均流 VI 上海交通大学工程硕士学位论文 ABSTRACT DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT FOR POWER OF TESTING SYSTEM OF TD-SCDMA BACKPLANE AND BASE STAION ABSTRACT Power system of testing equipment is the power and safety block of whole system. Follow with the special requirement of customer, author attend the design team for power supply that is used in the testing equipment of communication system. The main content of this paper includes: the main circuit of the power supply and the ZVS technology applied in the full-bridge circuit in the equipment. the control circuit, the driver circuit, the protect circuit of the power supply are analyzed and designed. Control circuit is based on local IC to realize the function of voltage-stabilization and current-limited. The technology of the active power factor correction is studied in this paper. The transfer function of the Boost circuit is acquired based on the model of the small signal, by which the principle of the active power factor correction based on the Boost circuit is understood. And the Boost circuit is simulated by the MATLAB.
