生态旅游的开发模式研究-以黄石公园为例#

摘要:生态旅游具有关联度高、污染少、增收潜力大、发展前景好的产业特征,是欠发达地
区发展经济的理想选择。而当前生态旅游盲目开发、过度开发、景观建设趋同、资源破坏严
重、经济效益不理想等矛盾与问题制约了生态旅游的可持续发展。因此,如何促进生态旅游
的可持续开发,提高生态旅游产品品位,增加生态旅游的综合效益,一直受到旅游界和理论
界的广泛关注。本文就生态旅游开发模式进行研究,不仅将有利于指导我国生态旅游的开发,
而且将为生态旅游开发提供一定的理论和实践成果,为我国旅游支柱产业的培育作出贡献。

The analysis of the development model for ecological

Abstract: Eco-tourism has relate to high-level,less pollution,increase e potential,good prospects
for the development of industrial characteristics,is less developed areas,the poor mountainous areas of
economic development an ideal , the current eco-tourism development herd
behavior,blind development and over-development,landscape construction convergence,resources
severely damaged,poor economic contrdictions and problems,such as restricting the sustainable
development of eco-,how to promote the sustainable development of eco-tourism,and
improve the quality and increase the overall efficiency? The tourism industry and has been subject to
widespread concern in the paper studies the development model of eco-tourism,not
only help eco-tourism development,but also provide theoretical and practical results to contribute to the
cultivation.

0 引言
生态旅游的开发模式是生态旅游培育的重点也是旅游目的地健康、可持续发展的关键因
素。本文在对国内外生态旅游培育的实践的基础上,对生态旅游开发模式做了深入的研究与
总结。俞义(2004)认为:生态旅游是为促进保护的旅游,即以欣赏自然景观、野生动植物以
及相应的文化特色为目标,通过为保护区筹集资金,可以为地方居民创造就业机会、为社会
公众提供环境教育等方式,有助于保护自然和持续发展的自然旅游[1]。
生态旅游作为旅游发展的一种新形态,过几十年的发展,不同的学者从不同的角度对生
态旅游的概念进行了研究,形成了一下几个观点:环境保护与责任;回归体验说;客体原生
态说;居民利益中心说。根据人们对生态旅游概念认识的不同,结合生态旅游开发的实践,
生态旅游的开发由此可以分为三个主要模式:功能分区模式、社区参与模式、环境教育模式。
