ABSTRACT


With the push of economic globalization and information oriented,
together with the deeper bination of three aviation groups in China,
competition of aviation industry es more vigorous. The current
system and pattern does not fit petition in the marketing economy
any more. As the by-line of aviation industry the air pany has
the similar troubles. With the close and further cooperation between China
Eastern Group and Singapore Airlines the bination of air catering
companies within China Eastern Group is utmost urgent. Through the
integration of the high quality resources among the air panies in
China Eastern Group, the petitiveness can be reinforced strongly.
Thereafter, it can be helpful for the whole development of China Eastern
Group. This thesis has seven chapters. Based on the modern enterprise
development theory the on-site research and investigation on the 14 air
panies is conducted, especially analyzing the current status and
conditions of the whole China Eastern air panies. After serious
consideration and analysis the suggest development plan of bination
of China Eastern air catering is given. Through set up of Eastern Air
Catering Investment Co.,Ltd, competition ability can be well enhanced.
Further integration plan from five aspects is also launched. It could be useful
for the long- term development of China Eastern air catering group.
