【摘要】目的:在手术前存在角膜散光的患者中应用Toric IOL,报告初步的观察结果。方法:选择200806/200901在我院接受白内障超声乳化摘除及Toric IOL植入并且完成6mo随访的患者39例45眼,分别植入SN60T3,T4,T5 Acrysof Toric IOL,术后6mo时比较术前、术后的屈光结果。结果:术后6mo时T3,T4,±,±,±,残余散光为±,±,±,±,±。结论:Acrysof Toric IOL在矫正术前角膜散光方面是很有价值的。

AbstractAIM: To evaluate astigmatism correction of the AcrySof Toric intraocular lens (IOL) in cataract patients.
METHODS: Thirtynine patients 45 eyes were implanted with the AcrySof Toric IOL by the same surgeon between June 2008 and January 2009. Three Toric models were evaluated in cylinder powers o
f diopters (D) (SN60T3; T3 group, n=11), (SN60T4; T4 group, n=17), and D (SN60T5; T5 group, n=17) at the IOL plane. The patients were followed up for 6 months with pre and postoperatively refractive assessments performed.RESULTS: Six months postoperatively, the mean uncorrected visual acuity (UCVA) was ± in the T3 group, ± in the T4 group, ± in the T5 group, respectively. Residual astigmatism was ±. The mean IOL rotation was ±, ± in the T3 group, ± in the T4 group, ± in the T5 group, : Implantation of the AcrySof Toric IOL proved to be essful in correcting corneal astigmatism in cataract patients.


随着白内障手术技术的不断发展,白内障手术已经进入了屈光手术的范畴。[1],我们可以不再为手术源性散光困扰。但是在白内障患者中有15%~29%手术前就存在
≥[2],这些散光如果不矫正会明显影响患者手术后的视觉质量。矫正患者手术前存在的角膜散光的方法有手术同时制作角膜缘松解切开、手术后作准分子激光矫正手术及新推出的植入可矫正散光的人工晶状体(Toric intraocular lens,Toric IOL)。我们在一些手术前存在角膜散光的患者中应用了Toric IOL,初步的观察结果报告如下。
1对象和方法
