CD44v6、nm23-H1和CEA在大肠癌组织中的表达及其临床意义 (作者:___________单位: ___________邮编: ___________) 【摘要】目的探讨大肠癌组织中CD44v6、nm23-H1和癌胚抗原(CEA)的蛋白表达与大肠癌转移的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学技术检测CD44v6、nm23-H1和CEA在76例大肠癌组织的蛋白表达水平,并观察它们与临床病理特征的关系。结果大肠癌组织中CD44v6蛋白的阳性表达与淋巴结转移、Dukes分期的延迟和恶性程度的增加相关;nm23-H1蛋白低表达与远处转移、Dukes分期的延迟相关;CEA蛋白高表达与淋巴结转移、远处转移和浸润深度的增加相关。联合测定CD44v6、nm23-H1、CEA蛋白的表达可明显提高检测大肠癌转移的敏感性和特异性()。结论大肠癌组织中CD44v6阳性表达、nm23-H1低表达和CEA高表达与大肠癌的浸润和转移相关,综合分析3个指标,能更准确地判断大肠癌的转移状况。 【关键词】结直肠癌免疫组织化学 CD44v6 nm23-H1 CEA 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the roles of CD44v6, nm23-H1 and CEA expressions in metastasis of colorectal cancer(CRC). Methods The expression of CD44v6, nm23-H1 and CEA both in 76 CRC tissue were studied by using immunohistological technique , to understand the relation of the expressions with pathologic characteristics especially with metastasis. Results Positive expressions of CD44v6 in CRC were associated with the lymph node involvement , Dukes stage and histological differentiation. Lower expression intensity of nm23-H1 in CRC was related to distant metastasis and Dukes stage. Higher expression intensity of CEA in CRC was associated with lymph node involvement, distant metastasis and invasion depth. Analysis of CD44v6, nm23-H1 and CEA together can improve the sensitivity and specificity to evaluate the metastatic potential of CRC(). Conclusions The expressions of CD44v6, nm23-H1 and CEA are
