【摘要】目的:研究MGMT和Survivin在乳腺癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法:福尔马林固定,石蜡包埋乳腺癌和腺瘤标本,采用SABC免疫组织化学方法检测MGMT和Survivin在这些组织中的表达。结果:MGMT和Survivin在乳腺癌和乳腺腺瘤中的表达有显著性差异。MGMT在乳腺癌中的表达与患者的年龄、淋巴结转移有关,而Survivin仅与淋巴结转移有关。另外,MGMT和Survivin之间具有相关性(r=,)。结论:MGMT和Survivin的异常表达与乳腺癌的淋巴结转移有关;MGMT和Survivin可以作为判断乳腺癌发生和预后的重要指标;检测它们的表达可以指导临床上化疗方案的制定。

1 MATERIALS AND METHODS
Clinical Data
All cases were selected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University,including 121 cases with breast cancer and 22 cases with breast the 121 cases with breast cancer,57 cases were left,others were right,the that of patients with carcinoma was (
29~77 years),and the that of patients with adenoma was (22~51 years).All the patients were not treated before specimens were them,67 cases had lymph node metastasis,and 54 cases hadn tissues were fixed with
