摘要
移动互联网发展迅速,各种智能设备层出不穷,iphone、Android、ipad等智能移动设备迅速普及大众生活,越来越多的人习惯使用移动设备访问各类网站,进行工作和休闲娱乐活动。据 DailyTech 的统计,2015 年,互联网的用户数量即将超过桌面用户。对于接入移动互联网的用户除了智能手机外,使用平板电脑甚至是用电视机进行上网的用户也在不断增加。在这种情形下我们关注的问题不再只是网页的样式能否在不同浏览器中保持兼容,而需要我们关注更多的是:设计出来的页面怎么适应不同的设备,包括不同的系统平台,平台屏幕尺寸,不同的软件系统环境等。如何开发一个在所有环境中都表现卓越的网站成为当今的Web设计师不得不面对的重要课题。由于响应式网页设计可以在不同使用情景下提供优越的用户体验,因此成了顺应互联网发展趋势的设计实践。响应式网页设计,是指根据用户使用的设备,使用情境以及使用行为来调整网页的版式、内容、以及功能和交互方式的设计方法。响应式网页设计为适应多样的浏览情况而设计更加流畅、更加灵活的页面,从而达到良好设计实践,为用户提供更优化的体验。

Abstract
Mobile is developing rapidly, various kinds of intelligent equipment emerge in endlessly, iphone, Android, the rapid expansion in the intelligent mobile devices such as public life, more and more people are accustomed to using mobile devices to access various website, work and recreational activities. According to DailyTech statistics, in 2015, the number of mobile users will be more than desktop users. For mobile access to the user in addition to smartphones, use puters and even televisions to the users is also increasing. In this case we concern is no longer just the style of the web page can be keep in a different patibility, and we need to pay close attention to more is: designed page how to adapt to the different equipment, including the different system platforms, platform screen screen sizes, different environment, etc. How to develop a high performance in all of the site to e today's Web designers have to face the important issue.
