花生根中白藜芦醇分离纯化研究

摘要:研究了花生根中白藜芦醇的分离纯化。通过静态吸附解吸实验选出 DM- 130 大孔树脂,并确定其最佳吸附条件为:
上柱液流速为 015 mL/ min ,白藜芦纯质量浓度为 125μg/ mL ;最佳洗脱条件为:洗脱剂为 60 %( 质量分数) 的乙醇溶液, 洗脱流速
为 115 mL/ min ,洗脱液经浓缩、冷冻干燥后,用高效液相色谱测其纯度为 3017 %。

Abstra ct : The separation and purification of resveratrol from peanut root were studied. The macroporous adsorption resin
DM2130 were selected from 10 kinds of carriers by static adsorption and desorption test . The optimum adsorption conditions were
asfollows: the feeding rate was 015 mL/ min , the mass concentration of resveratrol was 125 μg/ mL ,the optimum elution
conditions were 60 % ethanol as eluent ,the elution rate at 115 mL/ min. The products was concentrated and freeze2drying ,the
mass content of resveratrol was 3017 % by HPLC.
